Research

An important part of The Center’s mission is to conduct research that informs the resolution of human-wildlife conflict.  This is an ongoing process, and we are interested in conducting research that reflects the needs of wildlife practitioners and other stakeholders.  People that are closely associated with human-wildlife conflicts have insights that can help inform research questions.  If you have questions, concerns or have identified a need for research, please contact us.

As a coordinating entity, we are also interested in helping researchers conduct research in cooperation with other groups to help leverage their resources and efforts to help increase the impact and outcomes of their projects.  If you are a researcher interested in collaborating with people associated with The Center, please contact us.

The Center is also available to support and conduct research projects, and is interested in a dialog about human-wildlife conflict research and assessment needs.  If you have a request for proposals or are considering developing a project that is related to The Center’s mission or expertise, please contact us.
